Vulnerability can be uncomfortable and scary at times. But when we embrace it, we allow ourselves to be seen and heard, leading to a greater sense of belonging and understanding.

Let’s reflect on our own vulnerability and how we can allow others to be vulnerable in our presence.


How comfortable are you expressing vulnerability?
