Opportunity Costs are the hidden “cost” behind choosing one option over all the others, by missing out on the benefits of everything you’ve decided against. It’s helpful to think about them when making bigger decisions, because normally we only consider direct costs or benefits – and not the hidden cost of deciding against everything else.
